  3. MarshallSoft Computing, Inc. grants the registered user of WSC4VB the
  4. right to use one copy of the WSC4VB library (in object form) on a
  5. single computer in the development of any software product (other
  6. than libraries such as WSC4VB). The user may not use the library on
  7. more than one computer at the same time.  The source code for the
  8. library (WSC16.C, WSC32.C, MIO.C, XYDRV.C, ASDRV.C) is copyrighted by
  9. MarshallSoft Computing and may not be released in whole or in part.
  10. The registered DLLs may be distributed (without royalty) in object
  11. form only, as part of the user's compiled application.  The
  12. registered DLL's may NOT be distributed as part of any software
  13. development system (compiler or interpreter) without our express
  14. written permission.
